Who is responsible
Brillant Nettoyage is an office-cleaning business serving Greater Montreal. The person in charge of the protection of personal information is Brian O., Privacy Officer. Contact: [email protected] or (438) 221-2404.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote by form, email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, email, phone number, business address or area, office size, the service you want and anything you write in your message. When you visit the site, and only if you accept cookies: anonymous visit statistics and ad-measurement data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location).
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare a quote, schedule and deliver cleaning visits, invoice you, and, if you accepted cookies, to understand which pages and ads bring visitors. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the business: Formspree (quote form), Google Analytics (visit statistics), Pinterest (ad measurement), WhatsApp / Meta (messages you send us) and Cloudflare (website hosting). Some of these providers store data outside Québec, including in the United States. We use them only for the purposes above.
Cookies and your choice
Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you click “Accept” in the banner. If you click “Decline”, the site still works fully. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and the banner will reappear.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that don’t become clients: up to 12 months. Client records: as long as you are a client, plus the period required by tax law. Then we delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw your consent, ask us to stop disseminating it, or receive it in a structured, commonly used format. Write to the Privacy Officer above; we answer within 30 days.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
